Welcome to the Tioga County Boys & Girls Club!
The Boys & Girls Club has been a staple of the Tioga County community since 1946 when it was first incorporated by Ben Weitsman, as the Owego Boys Club. The Club's history is extensive, having had it's home in several locations before finally settling in it's current location at 201 Erie Street in September 1950. The focus of the Boys & Girls Club is to serve boys and girls between the ages of six and eighteen with an emphasis on outreach to teens and family involvement. Our core beliefs include providing a safe place to learn and grow where youth can maintain ongoing relationships with caring, adult professionals through life-enhancing programs and character development opportunities that offer hope and opportunity.
OUR MISSION: To inspire and enable all young people, especially those who are most in need, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens.
Our facility includes a Large and Small gymnasium, Game Room, Computer Lab, full service Work-out facility, Sauna, Men's & Women's Locker rooms and Concession stand. Check out our membership page for details on how to join the Club!
